Recertification

Your yearly renewal comes from USAC or your state administrator, not from Access Wireless, though Access Wireless may text you a reminder. Our guide on how to recertify Lifeline covers the 60-day window.

If customer service cannot fix it

If problems keep coming back, you can move your benefit to another company with a Lifeline transfer; compare options in our Lifeline providers guide. If you think someone enrolled or moved your benefit without your consent, see free government phone scams for where to report it. Your eligibility through income or SNAP stays with you.
