enTouch Wireless is a Lifeline brand of Boomerang Wireless, LLC, based in Dallas. Its free Lifeline plan in most states gives 4.5 GB of data with 300 minutes and 300 texts, and low-cost upgrades start at $1 a month for more minutes. On Tribal lands, the free plan includes unlimited talk and text with 4.5 GB, and California has its own set of free plans.

Its own pages give different totals (from “over 30” to 37 states), so check your state before applying.
