enTouch Wireless sells one-off top-ups for talk, text and data, plus short unlimited passes, on top of its free Lifeline plan. Top-ups last 30 days (one bundle lasts 90), do not roll over, and are bought by dialing 611 or calling (866) 488-8719 with a debit or credit card. If you need more every month, a monthly plan upgrade from $1 is usually cheaper.
This page lists every price enTouch publishes. For the free plans themselves, read our enTouch Wireless review. For the program behind every free government phone, see how to apply for Lifeline.

Top-up or monthly upgrade?
The free Base Lifeline plan in most states gives 300 minutes, 300 texts and 4.5 GB. enTouch’s monthly upgrades cost less than repeated top-ups:
| If you keep running out of | Top-up cost | Monthly upgrade instead |
|---|---|---|
| Minutes (need ~500) | $8 for 400 min | $1 plan: 500 min, 500 texts, 4.5 GB |
| Minutes (need ~1,000) | $15 for 1,000 min | $5 plan: 1,000 min, 1,000 texts, 4.5 GB |
| Everything | Several top-ups | $25 plan: unlimited talk and text, 4.5 GB |
| Data | $10 per 1 GB | $30 plan: unlimited talk and text, 6 GB |
On Tribal lands, $1 gets unlimited talk and text with 5 GB, and $5 gets 6 GB.
International calling
enTouch includes international voice calling to Canada, Mexico, the UK, India, China, Vietnam and South Korea only on paid upgrade plans; it has been a paid add-on since September 2023, and you lose it if you go back to a free plan. It can take up to 24 hours to switch on.
How to buy
- Dial 611 from your enTouch phone, or call (866) 488-8719.
- Have a debit or credit card ready.
- Choose the top-up or upgrade.
- Check your balance any time by dialing 611.

Using a top-up also counts as usage for the Lifeline 30-day usage rule. If you often need more data, compare plans across companies in our Lifeline providers guide; Assurance Wireless, for example, includes 10 GB free. A Lifeline transfer moves your benefit if you switch. For help, see enTouch Wireless customer service. You qualify for Lifeline through income or programs such as SNAP.
