Lost, stolen or broken phones
enTouch may be able to help with a replacement; otherwise, its terms say you buy a replacement at your own expense, or you can use a compatible phone with a free enTouch SIM. Phones bought from enTouch can be returned for a full refund within 30 days with a receipt, and defective phones can be exchanged within 30 days of activation. After that, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. More options are in lost or stolen Lifeline phone replacement.
If you leave within 12 months of getting a discounted phone, enTouch’s terms describe a device recovery fee equal to the phone discount, so ask before you switch.
If customer service cannot fix it
You can move your benefit with a Lifeline transfer; compare options in our Lifeline providers guide. If you think someone enrolled you without consent, see free government phone scams. Your eligibility through income or SNAP stays with you.
